There are many ways to support the Salem Museum & Historical Society, and to join us in our important work!

Memberships and unrestricted donations support general operations–enabling us to develop programs and new exhibits, give tours, and keep our archives climate-controlled. Restricted donations fund special areas like our Research Library, our landscaping, special events, new acquisitions, and our Endowment.

We also need volunteers. They are the lifeblood of our organization! Volunteers do many different things at the Museum, and since our staff is small, we offer hands-on experiences for volunteers and interns to get a real look at the Museum behind-the-scenes.
